🛡️ Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us at sales@coffeenerd.com.au.
We will follow up with the courier and, if confirmed lost, we’ll reship your order at no additional cost.
📦 Order Tracking
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched. Tracking is available for most orders in all regions.
Refund policy
✅ Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition

You must include a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back
To request a return, contact us at sales@coffeenerd.com.au. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Returns for change of mind are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In some cases, a small restocking or admin fee may apply, which will be communicated before approval.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sales@coffeenerd.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

🔁 Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order once the return is accepted.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Return shipping method and cost will be discussed with you during the return authorisation process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved:
