Excellent quality tamper

A fantastic addition to my coffee set up. This is very solid, a nice weight, and looks great too. I wasn't sure if having a proper tamper would make a difference (I had the standard Breville tamper from the dual boiler but wanted something nicer looking) but I've been pleasantly surprised how it has made tamping easier.

Nicely finished portafilter

This looks fantastic and works well. Having a bottomless filter has helped improve my workflow by being able to spot issues with the extraction. The only drawback is that it seems impossible to remove the basket - it is extremely tight fitting. I've tried various techniques to no avail. It has no affect on the performance so still giving 4 stars.

Great Christmas present for a coffee aficionado

Really nice quality. Was helpful that the description included which espresso machines it would fit with so we could pick the right size. Probably important to know that if you’re going from a pressurised basket to a non-pressurised one, that the beans must be ground finer! Took us some trial and error but was a fun learning experience.
