The Pesado High Diffusion (HD) Espresso Shower Screen is engineered to spread water uniformly across the entire puck—right out to the basket wall—so you can dial in faster and taste more balance in every shot. The HD design uses 18 targeted channels (not a traditional mesh) to keep flow paths consistent from shot to shot. Choose the 54 mm HD for Breville’s 54 mm machines, or the 58 mm MV-HD set for Breville’s 58 mm group, which replaces the stock plastic diffuser with a full stainless plate for long-term reliability.

Installation (quick)

54 mm: Remove the original screen, clean the group, screw in the HD screen.

58 mm: Remove the original screen and plastic diffuser, seat the stainless diffusion plate against the HD screen (indent facing away from the screen), then reinstall with your existing screw.
Care
Brush channels clear after use; once a week, remove and rinse the screen (and diffusion plate, 58 mm set) to prevent buildup and keep flow uniform.
